Pricing and Kitten Information

IMG_5794.JPG

We price all of our kittens at $1800. We consider this to be an appropriate price given the maintenance and cost that comes with caring for and health testing of the mother before, during, and after the pregnancy. We also factor into this price the cost of vaccines and food as well as their neuter/spay.

The $1800 payment is divided into three payments. The first payment is a refundable $200 which secures a spot on our waiting list. If for any reason you want to be taken off the waiting list, just notify us and we will release your spot on the waitlist and refund the $200. The second payment is $800 and is due upon selecting a kitten. The final payment is $800 and is due upon pickup. We do not deliver nor ship kittens. We also will not sell a kitten unless the buyer or an unpaid representative of the buyer sees the kitten in person first.

We believe most cats are happiest with a friend or two and are invested in the happiness of the kittens we raise. For this reason, we will reduce the price by $200 for each additional kitten purchased from us. This never expires. The first kitten you buy from us will always be full price. If you buy additional kittens, $400 is taken off the second kitten, and $200 will be taken off of any further kittens purchased from us in the future.

All of our kittens go home spayed and neutered. We are still newer breeders and as such we are not equipped to determine a breeding quality cat. Our kittens may be shown successfully, but we offer no guarantees of a successful show career in either TICA, LCWW, or CFA. If interested in showing, know that our cats are a better representation of the TICA standard and LCWW Standard for Bengals than they are a representation of the CFA standard.

Consider Adopting

While we may have gravitated towards the Bengal breed, they are not for everyone. Please check out these articles from our friends at Quality Bengal Kittens regarding whether you have the right mindset for a bengal and whether you have enough space for a bengal. If you are unsure, take your time to think about it. Getting a cat is a commitment to take care of them for the remainder of their life. Another option is to consider is adopting a cat from a local shelter. Below I have linked buttons to the two shelters in Santa Cruz county so you can learn more about them and the cats they have. I encourage you to go by and meet some of their cats as well just in case any of them may be a fit for you.
