Our Story

Brice and Bobby

The two of us met back in 2013 through a dating app and a mutual friend. Bobby grew up in Miami, FL with Rhodesian Ridgebacks. Brice grew up locally in Aptos, CA on a large property where they had chocolate labs and an outdoor cat they transformed from feral to friendly named Max.

We spent a year apart in 2016 while Bobby tried to pursue a PhD in Wisconsin but ultimately moved back to be with Brice. Upon his return, Bobby mysteriously fell in love with a friend’s cats and began looking into getting one of our own. After some research and two deposits, Bobby initiated our journey into Bengal cat guardianship.

Fast-forward to July 2017 and we were welcoming Orestes and Elektra from Quality Bengal Kittens into our home. After registering the two with TICA, Bobby gained an interest in learning more about showing cats and under the guidance of our mentor began showing Orestes and Elektra in TICA’s Mid-Pacific region.

Through showing and our growing relationship with our cats, we learned more and more about the Bengal breed and became interested in sharing the joy of Bengals with others through breeding.
